Primary Senior Leader
Jennifer Pawson is a dedicated and passionate educator, qualifying with a BSc (Hons) with QTS status in Primary Education with Mathematics, and has a rich background in Primary Education. Jennifer has 13 years of experience; mostly in the UK but is about to embark on her third year within the UAE. She is known for nurturing young minds, developing and creating dynamic and engaging classroom environments, where students feel supported and inspired to learn. This approach has not only improved academic performance but also fosters a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom for students.
As the Primary Senior Leader at GEMS Founder’s School – Masdar City, Jennifer will be instrumental in developing professional development for fellow educators, focusing on innovative teaching strategies and inclusive education practices for all, mainly with EYFS and KS1.
As a strong advocate for student-centered learning, Jennifer believes in the importance of nurturing each child’s unique potential. Beyond the classroom, Jennifer’s commitment to excellence in education and dedication to the holistic development of students makes her an invaluable asset to our school.
