
Michelle Reeder
Head of Inclusion
Michelle Reeder is an experienced and dedicated practitioner who has more than 17 years of experience in education. After graduating from the University of Hull with a BA in History, Michelle completed the Professional Graduate Certificate in Education; she then furthered her studies, completing a Masters degree in Education from Edge Hill University and the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination.
For the past seven years, Michelle has played an integral role on the Senior Leadership Team in a UK school as Head of Inclusion. Working closely with students, parents and teachers, Michelle has supported learners to achieve their potential regardless of starting point or barriers to learning and building an inclusive environment. MIchelle truly believes in the GEMS motto that there is ‘genius in every child’ and through empowering teachers, together we can Grow, Flourish and Achieve.
As Aristotle said,

This philosophy underpins Michelle view of education and it is through hard work and cooperation that we can enjoy the successes! Through positive parent collaboration and teamwork, the best outcomes can be realised.
